Dear Chrism,

These are my symtoms...

Since the scatterfield was placed constant heat at the tailbone and lower

back pain,

feeling of spine moving like a snake even when sitting still,

whole body starts swaying gently and rhythmically like a cobra dancing after

an hour in meditation,

headaches at different parts of head at different times as if something is

moving through my brain. Doesn't feel threatening. Happening as I type this.

Now to the scary bits - after 2hours meditation at about 4am in the morning

some few days ago, went to bed and as usual astral body starts swaying and

vibration starts then all of a sudden a voice shouts out my name in my ear

startling me. I'm taken a little aback as I always banish all entity

activity from surroundings by sprinkling of holy water and blessing with the

holy name of Jesus before I start practice. This didn't prevent this from

happening. Some nights later, experience is repeated but this time voice is

repeating the phrase " Homecoming, homecoming " in my ear again.

Another thing is that If I repeat the prayer for kundalini after deep

meditation, as I lie down... drifting off to sleep I feel as if I'm gently

kicked at the base of the spine and at the top of the spine.

Now today at about 1600GMT 21st of December, out of nowhere all over body

aches and pain came over me. Came back from work and instead of my usual gym

routine I decided to go into yoga nidra.

As I lay down on my back and went inwards, to my pleasant surprise I felt an

energy clearly moving inside my spine. I concentrated on it but it was only

moving from Muladhara to/fro Anahata. Then my arms and legs starting jerking

and kicking involuntarily without my control but as it got more violent I

had to 'intervene' inorder not to attract attention (staying in hotel room).

Feeling guilty though because I broke the surrender to the kundalini Shakti.

Despite myself now, I can feel fear creeping in because I know that I am in

the middle of a classic kundalini awakening and a part of me wants to remain

" Normal " and another part knows that there is no going back. I continue to

practice the safeties.

I choose not to hide this Chrism! so that you can advise and direct me. This

is not the first time this is happening to me in this life and I have always

terminated the process through fear but this time I want to reach the grande

finale. Have to stop for now. As we pray as a family, pray for me as I pray

for you all!
