Hello Mark,

This can be seen and understood as a form of heat rash that is

peculiar to the Kundalini. This is usually transitory although it can stay for a

period of time. This is due to the Kundalini and its effect upon the as yet

unchanged portions of the body.

Kundalini will change the complete body but not typically all at once and those

areas such as the skin and the inner areas of armpits, inner thigh, face and

other areas of the body may react to the Kundalini by forming raised nodules as

in a heat rash. This can be itchy. Try not to scratch.

I will suggest that you discontinue your Tibetans for a time yet continue your

meditations. Take a series of baking soda baths about six, one every other day.

One medium size box of baking soda to a hot hot bath and soaking in this no less

than one half of an hour and more if possible.

This can begin to restore the balance of the effected areas.

Kundalini heat is not like any other kind of heat. Yet is hot at times and the

unchanged parts of the body will react to it the same way that it reacts to

other forms of heat. In this case by forming a rash. This is not uncommon and it

is why I also suggest to everyone with the Kundalini to keep the areas of the

body that deal in reproduction and elimination very clean and dry. - blessings

and no worries Mark! - chrism
