Guest guest
Hope everyone is doing well tonight! I am wondering about the episodes of extreme cold. I remember reading that it has to do with the left side and the feminine side. And I remember reading to hold the left nostril and this will warm the body up. (I must remember to try this when it happens!) And I was reading some of the articles on the website today, which are great! And I read that this extreme cold has something to do with the lunar, and I know that has something to do with the moon, but am a little confused about the connection. This is something that happens to me almost every night and every time I do prayerful meditation. When it first started happening (about a year ago), I thought I must be sick. But, then when I started relating it to Kundalini, I decided that it was bringing into my awareness my strong resistance to being cold. I have always had very strong resistance to that! Like - I cannot stand to be cold! I am just wondering if there is anything more about this - like, what changes are taking place in the physical body, what is the purpose of this, why does this happen? Is it a bad case of goosebumps? LOL! Is it related to entities? I can be perfectly fine in the same room and the same temperature, and then get under all kinds of covers and blankets and get almost asleep and then all of a sudden - it is like I am in a freezer! Is this a phase that will eventually come to an end? Are there any practices I can do to help alleviate this (other than holding the left nostril?) Just wondering! Guest guest
Hold the left nostril closed and breathe with medium effort through the right only. Yes the extreme cold is of the Sacred Feminine and yes it is merely part of the transformation occurring within. Same with the extreme heat. These manifestations are ways of stretching our " new body " so that it can have and hold more of what it is being given within the Kundalini transformation. This will pass Deb. - No worries! , Deb111222 wrote: > > Hope everyone is doing well tonight! > > I am wondering about the episodes of extreme cold. Guest guest
Hi Deb, I had this too Christmas night when I went to bed, I was so cold that even my stomach was shivering. I had central heat on, blankets piled and even a down comforter on me, still I was like an iceberg.I finally fell asleep and awoke hot with all of that on me in the morning, haha. Guest guest
Hey Pamela - yes, I know how you feel - literally! Chills and goosebumps are becoming a regular part of my days and nights. Sometimes it is my left leg, sometimes my right leg, sometimes the back of my head! I never know. And right before sleep or during meditative prayer it is an all over thing. All of my life, I have fussed about how much I hate to be cold, so I have to notice that this is building up my resistance to being cold, by showing me how to stop resisting it so much! Now, whenever I start to say how much I can't stand this time of the year, I catch myself and say, " Nope. Can't say that anymore! " Since I started catching myself and trying to stop those thoughts, it is becoming more of a tingling. Like cold, but tingling cold. An improvement, I think! Wow - and people think they need drugs to get a rush like that! If only they knew. Deb I had this too Christmas night when I went to bed, I was so cold that even my stomach was shivering.
