Guest guest
Hello Rachel, Pregnant? kidding! Can you give us a bit of your history with the Kundalini and what practices if any you have been involved with? Maybe some of the older dynamics that have influenced your newer ones? -
Guest guest
Haha, I can see why you would say that! I thought the same thing in the beginning and I wasn't. Its been going on for a few months now, I've only been having these experiences since around my birthday in October. I didn't even know what kundalini was until I stumbled across kundalini syndrome on wikipedia just right before Christmas, googled it and found the kundalini awakening systems website. All the symptoms and articles hit too close to home with my experiences to not be true. As far as practices, I just started the tibetans and safeties a few days ago (although I've been doing a lot of the safeties since this started wiwithout knowing it) so I wasn't doing anything before. , " " <> wrote: > > Hello Rachel, > Pregnant? kidding! Can you give us a bit of your history with the Kundalini and what practices if any you have been involved with? Guest guest
How many of the Tibetan repetitions are you doing? Please start at a love rep rate so as not to overload your system to quick. Follow the breathing practices with the safeties but cut back on the alternate breathing if this dizzyness gets too out of control. Try Linda's suggestion of placing the palms of both hands together as if in prayer and see if this offers some alleviation. If you could write to me on or off list an autobiography of yourself and your experiences in detail regarding this energy as it appears to be quite new to you and yet not. When I go into a person it is always helpful to have reference points that will make the information gained received with more clarity if I come from the persons own collection of experiences. Do this only as you are comfortable doing so. - blessings Rachel! - chrism , " rachel_rounsavall " <rachel_rounsavall wrote: > > Haha, I can see why you would say that!
