Guest guest
Hello Scott, Yes you are in a difficult social and emotional environment for any kind of spiritual practice certainly for one with physical effects and intensity of the Kundalini. Please consider this. Also consider the newness you are to this whole system of development. Remember the Shaktipat is based upon your consistent practice of the safeties and at best you are sixteen days into this practice yes? And I will suggest that you did 21 Tibetans even though the safeties indicate that you " start " at a lower repetition? yes? And you did the chakra breathing? And how many of those did you do per chakra? I do not astral travel anymore per se. I just go to a person instantly. You have a difficult relationship and they will try to invalidate your spiritual practice no matter what. Its a " time for practice is better spent on me " attitude from your romantic partner. Your neck ache will pass. This can be from the newness of the practice AND the intensity of the Shaktipat even that which was given to you can be enough to cause some physical effect. Couple that with the emotional amplification imbalances and there is a recipe for trouble! Certainly a pain in the neck! Slow down. Take a step back and begin a process of reevaluation. Look into the dynamics of what you have and what you want and begin to make some shifts towards that which carries a high priority for you. Sometimes these determinations can be inclusive or exclusive so determine where those boundaries exist if at all. Please do not expect instant results after sixteen days of interaction. What is given here is a conditioning model first and a receiving model second. Please look into the factors that constitute your conditioning model. - blessings Scott! - chrism , scott perkins <scottmushman wrote: > > Chrism, > I wanted to get some insight from you, if I could.
