Guest guest
As some of you may remember, I have wanted to have lucid dreams so I have set up a trigger to remind myself to " wake up " . This trigger is that a dog in my dream will start doing very unusual things to startle me into waking up in the dream. Unfortunately, I am not following through on the things I want to be doing. I have not spent any time meditating on doing it. Just occasionally I remember what I want to be doing. Only think about doing the safeties - not doing them. still taking care of my 87 year old mother 2 nights a week after work and have all the excuses in the world why I am not more deciplined. But I digress. 2 nights ago I had a dream. My youngest dog Mischief jumped into a small pond that had furniture in it. She started swimming under water and stayed under much too long. It was a trigger, but all I did was wonder about what she was doing and how she could do it. I didn't remember that this was my trigger. But I am still joyful that I had the dream. Blessings to all of you who are taking action. Peace and Love, Pat
