Hey Julia - I do hope that you are feeling better soon and do not need an

operation. I wanted to share a simple prayer that I thought was really

beautiful:

 

" God created me in secret. He (She) created me whole and perfect. The

Healing Power within me is restoring me to perfection and wholeness now. I give

thanks for this healing. Wondrous are thy works. "

 

Whenever I say this prayer, I think about the Healing Power that I can

actually see when I cut my finger (for example) and it heals. Sometimes I add,

" I believe in the Invisible Healing Power like I believe in the sun. " (That I

cannot always see, but know that it is always there.)

 

Here is another one: " Every single cell in my body is happy. " Sometimes I

add (and whole and perfect.) I think of prayer as a " law of substitution " for

fear, and how the mind cannot think of two things at once. It helps me to get

in harmony with the Harmony, or Life Enhancing Principle. I try to remind

myself that I can reject the beliefs of the collective ego, as hypnotic as they

can be.

 

Hope this helps. This is just something that has helped me in my very

limited understanding.
