Wedding Ring Dream

A few days ago, I had this dream that I was cleaning my wedding ring with

some jewelry cleaner and a brush. After I woke up, I thought, " I must find that

and do that. " A couple of days later, I came home and found the jewelry cleaner

on the bathroom counter and thought, " I was going to look for that, " so I

cleaned the ring.

Last night, I dreamed I was at a jewelry counter in a crowded shopping

mall. I told the ladies behind the counter that I was there to have my wedding

ring cleaned. They were very busy and being very rude to people. My coworker

was there with me. While we waited, my diamond fell off. My coworker wanted to

leave and I said, " No way am I leaving now. No matter how long it takes or how

much it costs, I am getting my ring fixed and cleaned. "

Then my coworker filled out a bad survey about the jewelry store. I got

upset and told her she shouldn't have done that. She said that they deserved

it. I said that even if they did, the bad should be left unsaid. I told her

that only the good should be expressed. I told her that we wouldn't like it if

we got a bad survey. She said that we don't treat our customers like that. I

said that may be true, but we still need these people because they are the

jewelry experts and we are not.

Finally, they waited on me and fixed the ring and cleaned it and gave it

back to me. I paid them and started to leave and then some lady asked me if

that was my father across the room. I looked at some man that resembled my

father, but was not him. I told her that I first thought that was him too, and

had to do a double take, but that was someone else. Then I said, " Besides, my

father only comes here on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. " (Have NO idea

what that means.)

Anyway, I thought it was interesting, especially since our marriage has

been doing really well for awhile now. But, I liked it anyway!
