PS... after meditation

I did a meditation after I posted and I am again in wonder at the love and

expression received from Kundalini shakti.  

I was " spoken to " at different times during the meditation, I have put it all

together here....

My child I accept you as you are I love you as you are

be in love  with the conflict within as I love you as you are now and in this

moment

do not strive so hard to escape   in the accepting of what is it is released and

the going or not of it is of no concequence

Rest in love and  in peace  your conflicts  are of no importance

my child you are loved  you are love 

 

At one stage durning the meditation  I saw a circular mass moving in an

anticlockwise motion and just above this circular mass was the same sort of

mass moving in a clockwise motion and both were in absolute harmony with each

other although I could not look at this for long and it withdrew.

 

As I go now to continue my day the love i was given and shown  is within and

without and I am so grateful and happy that I have been so touched.

Julia, this is oh so lovely. So heart-touching. Thank you for sharing. I wish I

could take you with me along on a stroll, in-hand our bodhrans as we explore the

desert under the full blue moon. No excuses, just as you are. In comparrison,

you would need not have to worry about the weather, although you will find this

particular desert mouse bundled up in full winter gear. Do you have a drum,

Julia? Take it with you to the seashore or woodlands (along with your umbrella)

if you can; join with its heartbeat in welcoming the new day.
