Guest guest
I got a rash during the Shaktipat. It is on my face and neck, especially below my eyes. Dryness, redness, itchiness, heat and skin feels bit like goosebumbs. Some more swolledness than usual too. I read some old posts and now I believe it could be kundalini working on my face. Are there any estimations as to how long the rash is likely to persist? How could I reduce the dryness and itchiness? Thank You Aarni

Guest guest
Yeah I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't get the hives this time =) Like said, 2 or 3 days. Nothing works, but they're not too painful. Just don't scratch or they WILL be uncomfortable. -Just my experience- -Tiffany S , " spiralingsnake " <aarni.kimmo wrote: > > I got a rash during the Shaktipat. Guest guest
I expected the rash to last for a very (2 to three days short time but now it's been there for five or maybe six days. Thats why I decided to ask. Last nigh it got quite a bit better and is now pretty much below my eyes only. I think it'll be gone tomorrow or day after - and yeah - I was wise enough not to scratch So you didn't get hives this time Tiffany ...there is always the next Shaktipat, maybe you'll get lucky again I hope not. Finally, I'm very grateful for the opporunity to receive Chrism, with the rash and all. Blessings to all, Aarni

Guest guest
I read on the net recently that bentonite clay was good for skin rashes and other skin problems. Even at age 62, I still get skin outbreaks especially during shaktipat weeks. I had some already, so I decided to try it this shaktipat. I began about the time of scatterfield, each night I was putting it over my whole face and other places where I have skin outbreaks and it worked. Yesterday a few itchy bumps appeared across my shoulders so I put some there last night and today they are almost all gone. I think it may have reduced some of my wrinkles even. Hehe! I think I am going to just continue with it and see what happens, if anything. Bentonite clay has a lot of minerals, so I can see were it would be healthy for the skin. It stated on that website that it would even help skin diseases such as eczema. I read this from the site that had the solfeggio sounds download or a link from there.
