Guest guest Posted December 29, 2009 Report Share Posted December 29, 2009 Hey everyone, Woke up today with a headache (think its an energy headache), and from my ribs down, all down my stomach, all my muscles are really sore and i can feel them all - havnt done any situps though for example - anyone else had this before?? :S Also, i crashed in my mums room last night odly enough, and i seemed to have stuffed up her digital alarm clock, it was like there had been a power surge or a blackout but no other electricals in the house were affected?? What can occur is that during your sleep your body is stretched and conditioned to open to the beginning flow within you. You will not need to awaken during this process though eventually you will. Sometimes it can feel as if you have been roughed up! Yes the electrical appliances can suffer from Kundalini energy. Anything electrical can just go up in smoke or (more typically) just stop working. - No worries Caitlin!
