I hope that I am not breaking protocol here. I know that we are not supposed to

write about other teachings, other teachers, recommend books to read etc but…

 

I have some experience with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Neuro

Semantics. They have many techniques for cultivating delight, overcoming fear,

etc. They are not spiritual or religious, do not recommend a practice, do not

have a philosophy of life. What they do is offer a number of techniques that I

think can be very helpful on what ever path one is on. There is no conflict

between what we do here and using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Neuro

Semantics to help us.

 

It is really worth looking into.

 

I have worked with one of the techniques called " Core Transformation " and found

it to be one of the most beneficial things I have done. I am currently working

on making variations on to improve it. My interest is in getting to the roots

of my fear, greed, insecurity, anger, sadness and transforming them by

overwhelming them with higher states of love, joy, security, trust, gratitude,

centeredness, balance etc.

 

I would love to post my results here…my technique when I finish it. However it

may be in the form of a flow chart so I don't even know if I can.

 

Anyway, I think that NLP and Neuro Semantics have a lot to offer, you may want

to look into it.

 

And again, there is no conflict with NLP/NS and what we do here.
