Guest guest
No no no my friend. lol. Start the Tibetans at a low repetition. Maybe three or six reps for each rite. Then GRADUALLY over time increase to a higher number of repetitions. Start ONCE a day. Not twice not thrice. I do not care what the book or books give as instructions, these are the instructions " I give " regarding the KUNDALINI aspects of these rites. And these aspects are not EVER covered in the book(s). So there you have my friend Shrikant! These are my instructions pertaining to the beginning of a practice for the Five Tibetans within a Kundalini context. - blessings to you! - chrism
