Baptism of Snakes

This morning I woke up from this dream. Bradly and had come for a visit

and we decided to go for a boat ride on the river here in Victoria. was

driving the boat, then all of a sudden he grabbed me and said jump and he jerked

me into the water and I heard a crash. I came up gasping for air and spitting

out river water. I looked around and the boat was wrecked and I could not see

Bradly anywhere. I began screaming " Bradly, where are you? " Then there was a

movement on down the river a ways and it was Bradly. (Before the wreck, he had

his backpack on, looking just like the last time I saw him in person in LA. That

image of him running along with us as we left him at the airport, will be

forever etched in my mind. It makes me smile everytime I think about.)

Anyways, Bradly is down the river splashing around taking the backpack off and

his clothes so he will be able to swim back up the river. I looked back at

chrism and he had taken his pants and shirt off and had tried to throw them over

to the bank of the river but they got caught up in a tree instead. I just kicked

my shoes off only. I guess I am a bit modest even in my dreams. :)

It looked like it might be hard to get his pants out of the tree. The tree was

out in the water a bit and looked snakey. I asked, if he had any more clothes.

He said they were in the backpack, which was now at the bottom of the river

somewhere.

Then all of a sudden there was a time switch and we were teenagers and I was

worried about my dad coming home for lunch and catching me in the river with two

mostly n@ked boys. Hehe!

Then the time switched back and Bradly had swimmed to where and I was in

the river. The way we were in the water we formed in a perfect triangle and

right in the middle of us was this hugh water moccasin snake. And I looked at

Chrism and said, " What is this Chrism, a baptism of snakes? " End of dream.

Oh, right before Bradly got to where we were, asked me, " Do you think

there are snakes in this water? And I replied, " I would think there are many

snakes in this water, but it's ok as long as we do not have any fear of them.

The boat crash probably scared them all to the other side of the river. "

Any interps would be welcome.

Wow Linda I love your dream...I'm laughing about them not having any clothes on.

I'm not so good with dream interpretation but I'm looking forward to what

everyone says...obviously the snakes and water are all important...not sure what

the nakedness means but its great that they are the ones naked - usually in

dreams if its us naked in front of everyone - that vulnerability thing is there

if we are feeling weird about it -

I never had dreams where others were the naked ones while i was clothed - I'm

liking this Linda!

Dreaming of you all naked tonight! hahaha

Love you and looking forward to hearing about those pearls! (;

Gosh you had me laughing hard this morning Linda! Thank you!

What a tremendous Kundalini dream! For my part I will be careful on boats and

canoes on rivers, and with my backpack on said rivers too!

I look forward to meeting you again soon sometime this year. (And everyone

else!)

For those who have not had the pleasure of meeting Linda, she has a tremendous

presence and inner strength which can only be compared to her wonderful sense of

humour and love!

Being around her, Chrism, and other Kundalini people is a true blessing.

We learn exponentially from each other while feeling such warmth, kindness and

joy. And my goodness the laughs! All the good natured joking and kidding- if you

are around a bunch of kundalini people, your sense of humour will get a real

good buff and shine and will be sparkling like a brilliant diamond. Free laughs

abound. What a healing and wonderful time...

Snakes in the water indeed!

be well Linda, thanks

Well I will try to keep this G rated. - lol! So you say the huge water snake was

closer to Bradly or to me? - lol! Yes that will go without interpretation.

The triangle seems obvious as a sign of this being a K teaching dream. The

snakes obvious as well as a representation of the Shakti we each have.

The flashback for me is given as a way of resolving past time issues of

permission. The boat crash is as a vehicle for a causation of activity and also

as a transport symbol of the river or " flow " in each of us.

Naked chrism is most certainly the nightmare or dare I say night stallion of

this dream and I will suggest therapy and hypnosis to rid your consciousness of

such a disturbing sight! Dr. Jan? - lol!

Chrisms pants in a tree can be seen as a grounding of the first triangle.

Visiting you there in Victoria may indeed occur! My take on your nightmare. -

Hehe! Chrism..hmmm the snake was right in the middle of the triangle we formed

and we all were being as still as possible with out sinking. The head of the

snake was pointed at you, but I don't know if it was headed your way or not.

Probably so. I woke up at that point.

I don't need therapy to rid myself of any of the images. LOL! I enjoyed what I

saw. HEHEHE! Night stallion?...now that sounds intriguing!

I hope you do get to come visit me in Victoria, but I think we might just stay

away from boats in that river. I didn't think of it as a nightmare, it was a

rather exhilerating and fun dream. I really love my dreaming.

Thanks for the interp.

Thanks Bruce, I knew the boat would represent a body, but didn't think of it as

representing the ego. I was wondering about it being wrecked, what that could

mean. I had the sense that the boat was borrowed and that would make sense to me

for it to represent the ego, since the ego is just a temperary body used for

experiencing duality.

I can also see where represented the higher self and Bradly the

masculine.

I guess I did not do so good in letting go my inhibitions, I kept my

clothes(mask)on. I will have to work on that letting go part. I do enjoy my

attraction to the virile masculine. I love to go dancing like Dr. Jan does. But

that has gotten me into big trouble in the past. Hehe!

Thanks for your interpt.

and he is calling you to let go of your safe routines and abandon yourself to

letting go of inhibitions and being your true self. The snake (S#xual energy) is

a powerful creative energy and can be played with without guilt or judgement.

Whoa ! I  need psych help after this. I am truly, deathly, fearful of anything

that wiggles and bites. Shortly after we moved into this new home...I walked in

my bathroom and found a curled up snake in front of the toilet staring at me. I

screamed like a true sissy and high tailed it out of there while my little

chihuahua decides this is the right time to explore this new found toy. I called

animal control and they sent a reptile expert to retrieve it. It was a rat snake

that crawled in through the opening around the drain pipes under the bathroom

sink. Yes, the opening is now sealed to the high heavens. I now need to have a

night light turned on at all times. It appears that I am facing the very source

of my fears since we've moved in our new home. There have been other fearful

things that have come to light  that just don't add up...there was a black

tarantula floating in the toilet bowl shortly after the snake incident. I could

NOT stay here...we

had to have the place inspected and throughly cleaned tip top shape before I'd

step a foot back inside my home. Why I FEAR now is not coming to the forefront

of my mind right now. I thought I had faced all of my fears and have grown

beyond this but I don't think I'm done yet. What's really strange is when the

kundalini snake appeared the very first time before to me back in 1990

something...we touched nose to nose but I did not run, flinch, or scream...I

just accepted or allowed myself to be in observer mode and once we acknowledged

each other the damn thing " winked " at me and crawled back onto the stone it had

come from.  I have many weird things of such that make me even more confused

than before I even got started. I used to question everything...but why? The

answer is within and another person can not explain away these oddness. I've

grown to just accept this as part of the process of awakening. To expect the

unexpected.

Linda - loved the image - I recall often the time the four of us were together -

would love to visit again one day perhaps - lots of memories surfacing of late

and it is nice to imagine new memories.

AS we share - our memories meld and they become part of our personal story - for

me anyway.

So thank you for adding to my story. May we have many more sharing.

Hi Denny, Yes I have to agree, snakes are a lot more scarey in the physical than

in dreamland. Your story reminds me of one of my own. I opened the closet one

day and this black snake jump out at me and hissed! I slammed the door, grap my

baby daughter and we sat outside the rest of the day waiting for James to come

home. I had him take everything out of the closet, out of the bedroom and still

there was no sign of that snake. He went room by room taking everything out and

looking for it. Everthing we owned was setting in the front yard and still no

snake. It was finally chalked up as my imagination. LOL!

The same thing happened the morning I woke and open the silverware draw to make

breakfast and at least a 100 scorpions came running out, various sizes and they

ran in all directions. I just stood there frozen, but screaming. I probably woke

the whole neighborhood. I took everything out of my house that day looking for

where they came from, didn't find a one. It was real as real could be, but that

was chalked up as my imagination, as well. I still don't know if it was real or

not. I was not on any drugs at neither of those happenings. :)

Do the rest of you have freaky stuff like that to happen?

These two incidents are just a few of many oddities and irregularities that

contribute to my own K craziness. Chalk it up to " K " madness. At least we can

blame something other than ourselves. Yep, that sounds good to me.

Do the rest of you have freaky stuff like that to happen?

I would have sworn the Kundalini or Shakti Spider I saw about a week ago was

real. And only moments later it was gone without a trace. Denny and Linda, both

your incidents with the snakes and spiders sound like Kundalini incidents.

Lets all remain calm if we see snakes, scorpions and spiders in the real world.

Back away slowly (or more quickly if they are approaching you quickly lol!), but

lets stay calm and assess on what level we are seeing and experiencing the

creatures! If they do happen to be real, it might be useful to know under what

piece of furniture they are hiding when someone comes around who can help remove

them from our homes.

Let us remember too that is we, us humans who have built our homes upon their

natural living habitat and homes. From their point of view, what are we doing in

their home? Why have we put up all these obstacles and obstructions in their

domain...

That being said, I'll likely be the one shreaking and squealing next when a

scorpion, snake or spider jumps out of my closet!

be well guys!
