Guest guest
Dear Chrism, is sciatic nerve pain typically associated with kundalini? I know any pain can be associated with K in the individual, but for example if I had tennis elbow pain that would not be said to be typically linked with K would it? I mean for example if a person was having pain or trouble with the big toe of the left foot, if the big toe went black then this could be said to connected to kundalini, yes?  I think energy travels up the leg and through the sciatic nerve, perhaps using the nerve as part of the pathway? Is this correct thinking or incorrect thinking? It's about an hour long and can be gruelling, but even doing the first 15-20 minutes will really stretch and release the tension in the muscles affected by this nerve. Hope everyone had a great New Year's! I'm just sad vacation is over. Kundalini-Awakening -Systems- 1 , James Crompton <james_crompton@ ...> wrote: > > Thanks for that. Also, if you spend a lot of time in a chair during the day, get up every hour or so and do some stretching and/or take a short walk - don't let the body sit in a chair for too long without some movement. > > Love and blessings, > > David > > > > >
Guest guest
Actually tennis elbow or any kind of joint pain can have Kundalini association. The sciatic nerve can indeed become over stimulated and can become painful especially if the person isnt inclined towards exercise or flexibility. Some yoga may be helpful but it can be beneficial to remember that " more " energetic dispersal isnt always the answer. Activity and nutrition will also have effect upon these areas as will massage and forgiveness. Remember that emotional blockage can have physical manifestations. All of the body is within the purview of Kundalini to have effect upon not just certain areas of known activation points. - , Julia Ahern <jajahern wrote: > > Dear Chrism, > is sciatic nerve pain typically associated with kundalini? > I know any pain can be associated with K in the individual, but for example if I had tennis elbow pain that would not be said to be typically linked with K would it? > I mean for example if a person was having pain or trouble with the big toe of the left foot, if the big toe went black then this could be said to connected to kundalini, yes? >  I think energy travels up the leg and through the sciatic nerve, perhaps using the nerve as part of the pathway? Guest guest
Thanks Chrism, Sometimes I get this huge urge to sort of fix or explain physical happenings, particularly repeated ones. I guess I was trying to put sciatic nerve pain into a " K box " which is of course impossible and silly! So Ok now I will return the focus on safeties and surrender.
