Pranic Bursts and Pain

Hi All,

 

It's been a while since I've posted and I'm glad to be back.

 

Following my chakra breathing, I feel a stretching and burning of my solar

plexus. It generates much heat and moves upward to my throat. It only lasts a

couple of hours until it balances out. Am I doing something wrong during the

safeties or is this just a 'typical'(ha ha) course of K.

 

Also, I've mentioned a while ago that collegean skin dots and rashes were

appearing at different chakra and minor chakra locations (third eye, nose,

heart), and now I've just noticed more at my sacral chakra.

 

Has anybody experienced similar physical changes?
