Hey! This is exactly what happens in the truck and in my office.. I'm going to

try to video it so we can document it. said to put it on youtube but boy

is that ever full disclosure (smiles). It's a mix between hula and the indian

dance for me because it involves tilting of my head and very indian-centric type

movements.

Bret, I saw your videos also.. WOW.. amazing!

Watching you draw was almost like me willing myself to WRITE what was happening

to me in my journal the other day at work. I was shaking so badly that you can

tell points in time of what was happening from my handwriting changes in the

daily post. When there was a lull I'd start writing so the events would be in

vivid detail.. then it'd hit me while I was writing and I was determined to

complete the thought flow before I gave into her again.. she ALWAYS WINS though

so I'm going to learn that eventually.

BIG Smiles..

my arms and

hands started to move around me, graceful, flowing, almost hula-like, with hand

mudras shifting and flowing.

I hope I don't get in trouble posting a youtube link here but THIS is what my

hands and head do but in MUCH less slow motion; I only have the music of the

soul most of the time, no outside rhythm influences, only what's inside!

Jump to 4:50 and look at what she's doing w/ her hands.. I can't believe what

I'm seeing.. This is me in the office and at nite and when I'm alone!!

I don't call my self a dancer, but there have been a few time when I go to bed

or wake up in the night, my arms and hands began doing those dance like

movements. Sometimes my astral body does the movements without the physical body

being involved.

Hi There-

From Michelle's description of how the movement is slow for her I decided to try

to slow it down at the dance event today. I had to resist it but still follow

it. The intensity was increased immensely, it was like dancing in fire with my

head swooning. Now this is something new for me to investigate and develop.

Thank you for the giving me the idea.

Funny though to resist while surrendering, seems completely contrary, but

nothing is to be assumed illogical in this investigation.

blue blessings-
