Yeah I do find that the crawling sensations are less apparent in the sunlight or

even when I have something to do with my hands too.

Funny thing about black cats. I often see cats crossing my path and somehow it

has seemed to take on some significance even without knowing anytihng about the

Shakti thing. I too had a black cat sleeping on the bonnet of my car which meant

something at the time for me. But sometimes also I feel like I read too much

into these signs. Or that what I think the sign means is never actually what it

means haha.

I used to have a similar experience with birds funnily enough. A strange

connection to them. They'd come and sit around me or when they would fly around

me it would suually seem to signify that the universe was happy with a certain

choice I had made Not so much these days though.

But trees also seem to take on a significance. There is something in trees that

almost seems symbolic of a flowering kundalini. Especially those bright purple

ones. Funny I picked one of those tree pictures as my wall paper not long before

I joined this group. haha

Hello Mia/Debs

Sometimes, I do put an intention out when I meditate, but most of the time I

just lie back in my recliner, relax and get comfortable. Then I say the Shakti

prayer and the Lord's prayer 3 to 9 times each, alternately. I use to say all of

the one and then the other, but told me to alternate them. A little bit

harder to keep up with, and takes more focus and concentration. I feel that is

good.

 

After that I focus on my breathing or heart beat and after a little while a

blank space happens and a shift takes places. My heart chakra starts spinning

and viberating and gives me that good feeling all over. I love that part! Hehe!

After that begins to fade a little I put my focus back on the breathe. Around

this time I began having visions or all that with the heart chakra gets repeated

several times. Everytime I focus back on the breathing, Shakti become active

with pulsations and all.

 

Most of the time I put a question out or an intent right before going to sleep

at night. Sometimes I do dream the answer. It's still been hard lately to

remembers my dreams, though.

Yes yes and yes, I do feel the love and everything intensly. 

I find sometimes it is almost too much to contain within myself, except

then the awareness  comes that I am not actually containing, it is I who is

being contained in this love and somehow I can then really experience the

fullness and intensity. 

I am in God and God is in me and so I am " able " to feel the " intensity "

If I was just this one body, I think I would probably have gone insane by now.

We are so blessed to know that we are in K and K is in us.

 

Yes my forehead vibrates too.   It is not so much between the eyebrows, but

above that and it is quite a large area, well much much bigger than the bindu

dots size i see people wearing.   It feels sort of like a dimond shape

sometimes.  It might vibrate or might tingle or fizz.  It also is not just on

the surface it can go very deeply into my head.  Often the vibrations feel as

if they originate on the outside and move inwards and sometimes the vibrations

begin inside the head and travel outwards through the forehead! Othertimes I am

just aware of a sensation in that area.  There have been some very interesting

" happenings " in this area. I am suprised though at how big the area of activity

on the forehead is, as I always thought it would be smaller.

 

I do hear tones!  lol. yup we are all wonderfully insane! I love it! 

I think I am given to expeerience in the ears and in the sensory.

It is funny but sometimes now I am not even aware of the high pitched tone in

my ears until it suddenly stops!  I have lots of ear pressures that come and

go, sometimes I get a little snake who visits and burrows (well follows the

pathways and ear canals) in my ear.  I used to hear a sort of gong sound and a

bell and crickets and other things like that but not so much recently. Well

what I mean is that I am not going through a " phase " of constant crickets or

clicks, but I will still hear a series of  clicks at random times.

 

Chrism told me that I am just not being given to consciously remember my dreams

at this time.   I had been missing my dolby surround multi coloured  high

definitian dreaming!  since the dreaming " stopped " the meditation visions (

which are not given in visual pictures much) have increased. I sometimes get

flashes or images that are not visual either but are communicated in a visual

way. O forget that i do not have the language around how to express that  lol!

I am starting to waffel waffel again.

Julia - about the visions - the most recent and vivid (with most beautiful

colors) happened to me with the dolphin dream and I had done all of the safeties

that night and the Tibetans and listened to Chrism's recordings that night.

Something about listening to Chrism's voice really activated something in me.

So maybe you can try that. I think you are very receptive and have a lot of

faith and I think it will happen for you soon. Mine have been mostly dreams and

during meditation (which I gave up last year.) I have not seen anything when

awake, probably because it would be too much of a shock for me, except for white

auras - I see that a lot, but not colored auras yet.

 

About remembering dreams - this is what works for me. I have an alarm that

goes off every morning and I always hit the snooze a few times and wake up

slowly. This is when the dreams come back to me and I do remember them a lot.

 

I had an aunt who was very, very Catholic religious, and I remember her

telling the story about how once she dreamed that she got up and walked to the

local church and then saw the Virgin Mary in the church. She said that when she

woke up that morning, she saw her sweater laying across the chair by the front

door and she swore it was not there the night before. My mother also had dreams

like that and so did my father, but his started shortly before he died. He told

me not long before he died that he had this dream of being under the local

bridge and he said, " That was no dream. I was really there. Now I know there

is another life beyond this world. " I told him that I believed him and he said,

" I know you do. "

 

Anyway - about the forehead - I have not felt vibration there, just intense

pressure and that happens mostly during the summer. About dots - I saw them a

couple of times during meditation, but I have studied some quantum physics and I

thought it was related to that.

 

About a week ago, I heard what sounded and felt like a bumble bee fly right

by my left ear. I was inside and there were no bees in the house, but I heard

and felt it - so real. It reminded me of that wild bird thing! I also had a

dream about a week ago that I was walking around the block, and I felt myself go

backwards and upwards and behind myself. Next thing I knew, I was in my

driveway looking at our cars. That was strange but interesting!

 

Then I had a dream recently that I was studying something and I saw the

word " Diva. " My first thought was a memory of a coworker who had been given a

plaque a year ago Christmas that said something about being a diva and she

thought it was so funny and I thought, " What in the world is a diva? " But

didn't want to sound stupid, so I never did ask! So, after the dream last week,

I looked it up and it means " goddess! " I thought, " now that is too wild! " I

take that to be some kind of verification to open my mind and begin to see the

feminine nature of God. But I also have never been able to ask a specific

question and get the answer. That sure would be nice!

 

I hope that I am not intruding here. I just kind of jumped in - I probably

should have taken it a little more slow. I guess I am just excited to have

somewhere to share all of this and I had so many stories to share. I finally

realize the connection between these experiences and this forum. But these are

things that have happened over a long span of time, definitely not something

that happens every day. So I know it may sound like a regular thing, but really

it is not. I am 45, so this has been a slow process that has been going on for

a very long time.

Yes the vibrating forehead feels much bigger, I totally agree. And yes it goes

deeper inside the head than the forehead - or from there it feels like the

forehead. I think its the pineal gland. Sometimes the buzzing in the head or

vibrating is quite intense during mediation - all pleasant though

I am actually ok now with not dreaming.  I know that it may return or it may not

and I am content to accept what is given and not desire other things.  I love

the tactile things that are given and I have heard the bees too.  It is so wild

isn't it !

I love you jumping in, we are all in the same water!  It is actully nice to

mention specific " physical " things that happen and to share that with each

other.

I agree that it is exciting and nice to recognise the similar thigs that happen

to others and to share.

Now I am a bit laughing out loud and laughing out love but are you 45 or just a

tad older as you mentioned before!!!

Yes, I am most definitely 45 - I think I might have said I was middle aged

or " at that age " or something like that, but I meant 45, which to me seems old

compared to how young I used to be! But alas, everything is relative! I

remember when I had that revelation and I said to my husband, " Oh my God, I

think I understand the Theory of Relativity!! " And he just looked at me and

said, " Of course you do. " LOL!

 

That is so funny about the diva deb thing - I so do not think of myself

that way! I took that as another confirmation that Kundalini is letting me know

that She is the reason for all of these unexplained mysteries! Like She is

saying, " Yes, yes, you are finally correct! " That is so interesting how these

words are coming up that I have to look up in the dictionary and then I am just

left speechless!

 

Yes Julia, the bee thing was very interesting! What do you think is

happening? Do you think that it is a parallel dimension? That is what I am

thinking. And I was thinking some more about that floating up behind myself and

then above my driveway and it hit me this morning that this sounded like maybe

it was an OBE. If so, I think this is the second time and both times were on a

weekend when I was sleeping in the daytime. Hmmm. Very interesting!

 

Diva Mia - you are so incredibly fun to read! I feel as if I have known

you forever for some reason.
