Guest guest
Dear All, I wish to share my experience with you. I Breathe my Self into You. In meditation, my left hand faced outwards with palm out, and my right hand was raised facing outward with elbow bent; thumb to index finger lightly touching. Then my right arm raised high into the air, and the Kriyas began; shaking my hips from side to side and raising my right sit bone off the floor and then back down with a thump. My arm stretched into infinity and this is where I saw a dark horizon with bright blue, which melted into a vibrant crisp fuchsia. My arm returned to the bent position, and here I sat in an occasional surge and with my hand facing outward, all fingers straight like when you wave hello to a friend across the way. The imagery was that of sitting within a tree trunk, and I was draped in a cloth. And the words spoken, " I breathe myself into you. And I into you " ; " God, I breathe myself into you…and as my Self spoke this I pictured God as all creation, the plants and the very tree in which I sat. God, I breathe myself into you… My right arm moved to my back and my head and neck followed in this direction and then back to center. My arm reached around and found its place at my forehead, palm out and left hand still in the same position. In and out deeply I breathed-what felt like through the palm of my hand and through my forehead. My hand moved in front of my face, down the length of my sitting body and up to my throat. My fingers spread wide and I cupped my throat for some moments. My head tilted backwards, still with throat cupped, and the tears started to pool in my eyes. My head moved back to a foreword position. From the far corners of my eyes a few tears fell onto my index finger and trickled into my palm cupping my throat. After a few tears were gathered, my right hand was turned over, forming a cup with the teardrops cradled and pooled in the very center. As if making an offering or pledge of Self, I sat like this in the stillness, and felt the entire surface area of the teardrops against my palm. I took notice of the sensation as the salty drops mixed with the fire/energy radiating upward from my palm, creating a vision of a white lotus flower where the tears had been. I opened my eyes to see the clock read 8:18 and noticed the tear remnants glistening within my palms love and life lines. With breath and love. ~Danielle
Guest guest
Beautiful rendering - I felt myself there with you. And my energy raised a bit- Thank you for being so descriptive Danielle. For someone who does not experience much in Meditation it is so nice reading of others events. I can be part of it vicariously. Love to you e
