I first heard about Kundalini while watching a documentary on spontaneous human combustion quite a few years ago...then again while reading up on Tibetan monks...then once AGAIN while doing research into my Tantric practices. A good friend of mine is also a member of this group and she strongly urged me to join and learn what I could about my experiences as well as what others go through too ^.^.
