Is this normal? Marshall

Hi Marshall,

I don't know what's going on with your stomach but hopefully some of this will

help.

I truly am sorry this is happening to you.

I know I went through a time of stomach difficulties...of course when the energy

started going up my back before I knew of this place or what was happening I

fought with it every night pushing it down. I don't know if then the energy had

to go somewhere and went through the wrong channels but in my ignorance I

suppose its possible. So first I will tell you if you ever feel the energy going

up your back or vibrations through your body to surrender - to relax - to allow

this to happen for it is a blessing. It knows what it is doing and will help you

not harm you however in our fear - nonsurrender - and innocent ignorance we can

cause problems for ourselves. That would have been ME I'm talking about! (:

I am going to list some things you can try but of course you will have to try

them and see what works best for you. I know this is frustrating but lets see if

something will work. Okay?

There are some I suggest you join so you can read about their diet.

The first one is FlaxSeedOil2 - this is based on the Gerson diet -

For me I could not handle all the fruit at that time but making the FlaxSeed

recipe and eating that at night or for dinner completely took care of my

digestive problems...although there are many things you will probably need to

avoid.

First I would suggest to completely avoid any sugar whatsoever! This includes

anything made with white flour of any kind - pasta - bread - it turns into sugar

and can cause many problems.

I would avoid any caffeine - no coffee for sure - this is also suggested for

kundalini. No sodas - no pop. Water is good of course. I never went back to pop

or coffee but do have an occasional Sobe Lean but that too is addicting. Even

the fruit juices were a not good for me. You can try some white tea or naturally

decaf green tea - it comes in peach flavor which is good - try adding a lemon

-no sugar.

I am not sure exactly what your stomach can handle - there are many great

healthy organic diets - some raw food stuff but i tried that for about a month

and that too was a problem -

I know this is going to seem a stretch - but if the above fails you may have to

say goodbye to grains in general. I did and though now its okay for a time I had

no grains. Perhaps its possible the gluten intolerancy - so I suppose you could

go to whole foods ? (are you in the U.S>?) and get gluten free bread and see if

that works.

If your stomach is still sensitive and the vegetarian diets are still not good

for you - I would suggest trying lean meats - veggies - Berries and bananas may

be fine as far as fruit.

Avoiding dairy including eggs. However I found white cheese like mozzarella or

brick or provolone seemed to calm my stomach along with the lean meats, veggies,

also nuts are usually good. If you have problem with nuts you can try grinding

them up first as this will predigest them sorta for you.

Doing this along with the gerson flaxseedoil2 recipe will do wonders. There is a

website called mercola.com - many people seem to work well with his diet after

trying many others. Its almost like the above but you can see if it works.

The other thing I wonder is if when you eat anything fatty - does it cause

stomach upset? This may be a sign of trouble with the gallbladder. This includes

oils. So again do try to remove any fatty things - like mayo and see how it

goes. If your gallbaldder is working fine you may be able to eat things like

tunafish (with mayo) ect and enjoy the avocado which will bring the needed

healthy oils to your diet.

As far as oatmeal - again I am not sure if you can handle it at this time

-however there are some places that sell sprouted oatmeal which can work

wonders.

Sometimes it may be a " mold " allergy. Do you notice any trouble with high

humidity - ?

If this is the case - you must realize that grains are kept in such a way that

promote mold so that is another reason to avoid them. Read more on Mercola site

about this. Also corn as far as veggies are concerned is to be avoided for the

same reason.

While filling your belly with lunchmeats is not exactly what I have in mind - I

know when you are travelling or unable to cook this may be tried to get through.

However you can take a crock pot and throw in pieces of chicken or lean meats

with assorted veggies and have that first thing in the morning along with a

slice of avocado if the gallbaldder is fine..

How do you do with soups?

The other thing is to join the kefir . You can make coconut kefir

which should give you more to eat and is healthy for the stomach - anyway you

can try.

Some doctors (I believe there is a famous Italian doctor and others that are

suggesting that cancer also is caused by mold) - put people on this kind of diet

just for cancer reasons, because sugar and grains are to be avoided.

See what fruits you can handle - but I would suggest starting out strict and

then slowly adding more fruits - sometimes too much fruit can cause the same

thing.

Fish is great too. Tuna without the fat-laden mayo and salmon can really help.

I know also there are diets called liver diet or liver cleansings - I can't

remember which foods they recommend - but many people after going through these

liver cleansing diets are then able to return to more of the food they love.

However I would suggest not to take any supplements that are cleanses - I fear

that may cause more problems and being that you are not sure whats going on I

would avoid anything like that.

You may just need some time while the kundalini does her thing to get you back

on track. In the meantime do try some of these diets and help it along - again

you will have to see what works for you. Even the flaxseed oil combo I would

suggest only a bite or two to start with at night - very little and slowly more.

It is like a natural cleanse and may cause problems - so tread lightly. It

doesn't taste so great so back when I did this I added some fruit to it with

each bite to get it down and then my tastebuds acclimated to it. Just after some

time of doing that things took care of themselves with my stomach.

I liked to add oranges with coconut sprinkles to each bite. But choose what you

like.

I believe there is a website called curezone.com - although they will probably

suggest cleanses - try to keep it natural with food and not with anything else.

Also there is a website called bodyecology.com - it talks about a different diet

although the kefir there is key. However getting the actual real kefir from

talking to the is probably better.

Read up on mercola - kefir - flaxseedoil2 - bodyecology - liver diets!! - there

is more food I just can't remember back when what it all was.

Do say goodbye to sugar - and grains and caffeine for awhile - You must stock

your place with the right foods once you find it or you will get hungry and go

for something quick that can mess you up again.

Taco (not spicy) salads (just plain ground beef with trimmings/ chicken with

veggies - lean meats -

I'm assuming the veggie diet didn't work that is why I am suggesting this stuff

-

Say goodbye for now to prepackaged food -

I'm not sure about rice - however avoid white rice - I didn't even eat rice then

- but see what the mercola site says about that - I know he's into raw milk and

raw cheese ...

I have no opinion I never tried

However the main thing to try I think is the liver diet - do check I do believe

in falls in line with no sugars/grains...no tofu - no beans -

There are also some books written about mixing carbs and proteins at the same

meal and how that is difficult on the digestive tract...so maybe something

simple like this is the key for you?

Hope this helps - don't despair - things will get better - I know this tends to

keep the body lean hope thats ok - perhaps just adding one thing or taking away

a couple things and you will find yourself back to tip-top shape. If you want to

start right now and can't read and digest all the information for an entire

month (yes I gave you lots to look up) you can email me and I can help you with

your menu after I ask you some more questions until then you have time to

research this more. The point is getting you back on track as soon as possible

so you don't despair. Ok?

Good luck to you - if you have questions email me.

To add to the message of Deb reated to diet

Yes sugar, alcohol and caffein are like poison when this K starts. Keep away

from it

I think organic brown rice would be ok

Keep away from dairy. Get rice or almont milk. Those are very soft. See how you

feel with them. Other alternative is Soy. At least that worked for me but you

need to hear your body!
