Heart Chakra

It seems like a lot of the safeties seem to be about conditioning or cleansing

the heart chakra.... why is the heart specifically so important for kundalini?

I have a general sense of it but would love a clearer understanding.

My take is that the light body is connected with the spiritual center at the

core of the Heart Chakra. had shared with us at seminar that the 4th

Chakra is one of the most important for the emotional body. (On a side note, I

personally have experienced that the spiritual core structure of the 4th chakra

is nourished and protected by the divine flame of the desire in the spiritual

core of the 2nd chakra.-this is just my take.)

 

L*O*V*E and receiving love in retun; tolerance, compassion, gratitude,

diplomacy, harmony, empathy, silent joy, oneness, family, self-love, loving and

being loved; forgiveness out of love (instead of obligation or insight);

cheerful serenity in dealing with ourselves and the world; inner peace, loving

surrender, and objectivity; knowing why and what we are living for; loving

ourselves in order to also be willing to love others from the abundance of our

heart's power...not to mention all those layers which may become problematic -

sorrow, embitterment, abandonment; loneliness, regret, betrayal...oh ode to

heart chakra #4.

Could be because it is the bridge between the lower and higher chakras. I think

it is where the temple is, where the marriage of the feminine and musculine

takes place. I think it would need to be a temple of purity,love,joy, and peace

for this joining of the two to take place. That is how I see it.

I agree with Linda in that the heart chakra is the bridge between the upper and

lower chakras. There are many articles written by chrism on the topic of love.

He looks at it from many angles stating that many of the safety protocols are

aspects of love :

 

" ...Forgiveness is a Divine aspect of love...

 

Tolerance, another Divine aspect of love...

 

Love and Forgiveness are the rules " -

Love - one of the safeties --

 

Actively love is what is happening. Express this active love by being actively

forgiving and interested in being of service to others. Not in a slavish or

demeaning way but in a confidant and strength based, loving way. Help that kid

or senior citizen or fellow mortal without endangering yourself preferably.

 

This allows the Kundalini to activate your systems much cleaner and more

quickly. I know it sounds hokey but love is the strongest quality and just as

the negative can turn around and bite so does the love turn around and embrace -

even faster!

 

Love causes the energy to move rapidly and as you practice this quality you will

find that negativity just doesn't seem to come your way as much and then almost

never. Service to others or for others is an essential practice for the

Kundalini of this lineage.

 

Others who have activated without these teachings have and are suffering

terribly and my heart goes out to them. They will learn though in their own good

or bad time. They will learn what you are learning right now.

 

This is one of the best safeties you can practice because as I mentioned before

you are being observed, really, and those who are observing will not allow you,

who are now a part of their lineage, to be harmed for the practice of love.

 

A protection has been placed around you for the purpose of giving you the

opportunity to take this evolutionary step called the Kundalini. As you

practice, communications and assurances will be given by this source to help you

on the path. Remember your " thank you's " .

Bummer, my heart post got lost in cyberspace apparently...perhaps it's making a

few stops along the way; wiggling its toes in the sand and smelling the flowers.
