Do not do it from a fear perspective though. Just stay away from coffee and all caffeine and stimulants such as spices and processed sugars and flours and high fructose corn syrups. No smoking tobacco or pot or anything. Leave the lungs to clear and repair as breath work is very important to this process. Pay attention to what the Kundalini may be communicating to you regarding your diet. See if you can differentiate between your ego desires and Kundalini communications. It sits well with me, but really gets the vibrations amped up. Not uncomfortable, though.
