Guest guest
Hello Sarah, The length of time for these developments can often be part of your individual dynamic within the Kundalini. There is no set or typical time with some of these areas of transformation as they can be dependent upon factors that include the choices we make while we are inside of the Kundalini transformation. I do know that this doesnt typically go on forever. Changes are made some quickly some slower but they are made and we move on. For you Sarah I would ask you how you are treating yourself while inside of your Kundalini infusion? How are you eating and how are you typically thinking? What kind of selfless service are you participating in? Do you try to meditate or pray even if it is painful? Has there been an intake of caffeine or other stimulants to help you with the fatigue? Have you been able to stay hydrated and away from depression as these changes occur? Do you push yourself to do some of the familiar practices that may force more energy into your equation? Not saying you are doing this but for others reading I will suggest that sometimes more energy isnt better with the Kundalini. Just some thoughts and questions about you and your situation Sarah.- blessings to you. - chrism , " bohemian_gipsy " <bohemian_gipsy wrote: > > Hi, > > How long does it normally take for the channels and energetic paths to clear out in the skull and crown areas? > > I find that it has all been very slow, at times a little frustrating, to unfold. I think another cause for frustration/anxiety is that it feels like this is never going to end. > > Has anyone had any similar experiences? This head/skull issue started occurring back in early 2007. Guest guest
Hi, Thanks To answer your questions... Generally, I try to eat balanced (e.g. fruit, vegies.. etc). I don't really feel inclined to eat much meat, so only have it twice a week. I've stayed away from junk food and carbonated drinks for a couple of years. Though, I do indulge in stuff like dark chocolate every now and then and will occasionally eat sweets. With coffee...I used to have only a cup, but recently I've been having 2-3 a day - to get me going. I take multi-vitamins and omega oils as a supp. I do drink a fair amount of water (I've been keeping a litre on my desk at work), so will probably get through 2L a day or close to that. What constitutes selfless service? I do do some acts of selfless service, but it isn't regular. Yes, I do try to stay with the meditation when all of this is happening, but I usually lose focus after awhile. No, I haven't been able to stay away from things like depression - depression goes hand-in-hand with the anxiety. I find that most of the crud I hold onto ties back in with my issues with social-anxiety, which causes me to be a bit over-sensitive. All Solar Plexus issues. I find that my mood can be unpredictable and I do get mood swings. At times I can become very aggravated and it'll take me awhile to center again. The same thing occurs when I get caught up in a confrontation. I am usually rattled by the experience and it'll take me hours to get over it. I'm quite timid. Intellectually I know better, but emotionally and subconsciously I don't. Things seem to come to surface for surrendering in bits and I haven't let go of all of the bits - so I still am holding on to a lot of stuff. No, I don't normally force more energy in through practices. Guest guest
Hi Sarah, fatigue for me comes from rapid-fire dreaming - dream-after-dream, many lasting just a few minutes, mixed with short periods of wakefulness - - just before daylight the dreams get quite physical - tactile visualisations of human touch, etc. Don't know why this is happening - maybe just recapitulation under cover of darkness. The roving head pressure I've had for a while also - I find myself touching my lips with index finger and thumb - lots of redness in that area now, also a need to arch my eyebrows - perhaps a cranium stretching posture? I would be very grateful for advice from and others on what's happening there for me. Love - John. ============================== Sarah asked: " How long does it normally take for the channels and energetic paths to clear out in the skull and crown areas? Guest guest
Hi  I think you dont need to worry to speed nothing!!  I had all sort of pains in my skull..like my brain moving from one side to another plus electricity flashing on top of my head...sometimes very painful to the point to worry me..but I did not feel nothing else lately.  I understand you concern but anxiety will not help much so the best way is not to analyse how to stop it or speed it up.  Blessings peace and love --- El mié 20-ene-10, bohemian_gipsy <bohemian_gipsy escribió: De: bohemian_gipsy <bohemian_gipsy Asunto: skull/crown changes A: Fecha: miércoles, 20 enero, 2010, 2:59 pm  Hi, How long does it normally take for the channels and energetic paths to clear out in the skull and crown areas?
