Guest guest
Yes Sarah, My suggestions to you may not be easy to read and aside from my bad spelling and phrasing the solutions are there but they involve sacrifices and surrender. Feel free to ignore it if it doesnt sit well. Coffee takes a very hard toll on Kundalini active people. Not so much the coffee as the caffeine in the coffee. It will stay active in the Kundalini person for about thirty six hours. It stimulates the adrenals which produce the adrenaline that is the fight or flee hormone and without anything to fight or flee from and expend that energy on it instead hyper flares the Kumndalini which IS ALREADY transforming the adrenals causing them to create and inject more....you guessed it...adrenaline into the blood stream causing a massive vasoconstriction. This will stay and stay as you feed and feed it and can cause some very deleterious situations. The inability to " ever sleep " being one of them. Causing more fatigue upon fatigue and sometimes some major paranoia and fear. So I will " gently " suggest a removal of the chocolate and coffee or caffeine from your diet and I know its a painful consideration. But this will have very definite positive effects on the one hand and make it more difficult to get going on the other. There will be a period of amplified withdrawal pain from discontinuing the caffeine. So be advised as head aches are common with this in addition to the fatigue. Selfless is service in the context of the Kundalini is a consistent practice of helping others who are not connected to you i.e. strangers, in ways that allow you to give from a love based consideration from the exalted Kundalini within your fourth. This can have a very positive interaction with the sternum as well. Friends and family count in this but strangers have that special connection of being new to you. This quality seems to be of great importance for the Kundalini comnsciusness. Everything from a smile to buying a financially challenged stranger lunch to helping someone across the street to a weekly regimen of giving to others less fortunate with actions rather than money or both. Never expecting or allowing repayment in kind. Sometimes doing so anonymously. Allowing someone on the freeway ahead of you or other actions of intentional freeway considerations. Really inserting major increases of consideration into your private and public social interactions. Works even with animals. This will surge consistent levels of love amplified by the Kundalini into all areas of the body. This can in turn loosen up blockages and allow the person to make some substantive changes that in turn can decrease the level of unconscious resistance to what is occurring. This will domino into the entire Kundalini equation which is why it is in the safety protocols. I will suggest that the meditation is pushing more energy into your transformation as well Sarah. Meditation and prayer are in actuality active energetic engines of technique. Never mind that it doesnt fit in with our logical linear ideas that if we are still and we are relaxed we are therefore not producing energy. We are, as we are opening more to it and in that opening we are adding to an already over zealous energetic activity which is why prayer and meditation can sometimes be stopped absolutely by the Kundalini inflicting intense pain upon the person who attempts to do so inside of the awakening. Knives being stabbed into the top of the head is one of the symptoms. So just a few thoughts about some of your equation Sarah. I offer these as my opinion only and share them for what ever value you may find in them. -Blessings and great health and love for you! - chrism
Guest guest
Hello, Thank you. What you say makes perfect sense. I know I should ween off coffee and I have been telling that myself for months, but I guess I am not 100% invested in stopping. It's a bad habit, but I know I can do it because I did stop taking it for 8mths... the only problem is... I substituted the coffee for chai-teas and hot chocolates... both of which are no-no's because of the caffeine. With sleeping, I tend to over-sleep (10hrs +) and wake up tired... and stay tired throughout the day. No insomnia... well, only rarely and that only occurs when I have stressed myself out. Thanks for the overview on self-less service. It's useful clarification. Would you recommend no meditation for awhile. Is yoga still okay or would that be pushing it as well? Thanks, Sarah x , " " <> wrote: > > Yes Sarah, > My suggestions to you may not be easy to read and aside from my bad spelling and phrasing the solutions are there but they involve sacrifices and surrender. Guest guest
Yoga may also be adding to the energetic load yes and then add in the meditation..... - The caffeine + Kundalini is causing the adrenal burn out though. Which is the source for the fatigue.imho. - chrism , " bohemian_gipsy " <bohemian_gipsy wrote: > > Hello, > > Thank you.
Guest guest
Hi chrism and all..in the light of your response regarding coffee and chocolate was just wondering if the genuine cacao powder is just as 'bad' for you as I make my own chocolate from coconut oil coconut oil chips honey and ground cacao powder?? And on another note do you or any one els know about the language of lights symbols as i have seen the Husha’him - Second Heaven Harmonic: silver tone: 6 point Light geometry floating through the air in the corner of my eye???  blessing and peace m ________________________________ <> Thu, January 21, 2010 2:51:01 AM Re: skull/crown changes - Sarah  Yes Sarah, My suggestions to you may not be easy to read and aside from my bad spelling and phrasing the solutions are there but they involve sacrifices and surrender. Guest guest
Hi Sarah, I don't know if this is " chrism approved " but green tea is an excellent substitute for coffee. Unlike all other caffeinated beverages, it increases alertness without nervous system overstimulation. This is because green tea contains theanine, which synergizes with caffeine to produce the alert, but relaxed effect. read about theanine and the effect on brainwaves here: http://www.web-us.com/l-theanine_anxiety_reducer.htm ............. Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for the suggestion. I already do drink a lot of green-tea throughout the day, and also have been drinking Tibetan tea(a mix of nettle, cloves, ginger and peppermint) amongst other things. I seem to have a lot of beverages. Thanks, Sarah xx ..................... Marshall wrote: " .......green tea is an excellent substitute for coffee ....
