skull/crown changes

Hi,

 

How long does it normally take for the channels and energetic paths to clear out

in the skull and crown areas?

 

I find that it has all been very slow, at times a little frustrating, to unfold.

Sometimes it feels like my mind is deteriorating because I am unable to focus

and then there is the fatigue.

 

Usually, the energy and sensation flares during meditation. In the past week

it's been accompanied by the feeling of heat. This is quite new. I just wish

there was something I could do to that would speed it up, yanno . I think

another cause for frustration/anxiety is that it feels like this is never going

to end.

 

Has anyone had any similar experiences? This head/skull issue started occurring

back in early 2007. At that time I felt really sharp jabs at the top of the

skull accompanied by pain in the Solar Plexus.
