Guest guest
Went and had my annual exam this past week. I have been on hypothyroid meds for the last five -six years and it has gotten more and more difficult getting natural thyroid meds here in the states. its been getting harder & harder. i talked to my doctor about options - compounding, going through Canada (which has different ingredients and combination of T3/T4). Recently in exploring what others are saying about various options, i discovered the medication I've been on was reformulated in the spring of last year & hasn't been working right for people (been working on forgiving the drug company). I have been tired but attributed it to the kundalini. I had been really upset about this yesterday and woke up though being thankful for the difficulties, wondering what I'm supposed to learn from this. i've also wondered if i'll always need to be on thyroid meds. any thoughts or others would be helpful here. love and blessings, jan
Guest guest
Hi Jan. I would think that doing the Tibetans should make the thyroid work correctly since the neck (5th) chakra is loosly associated with the thyroid. Maybe Im wrong? One other thing, my mom recently had a problem with her thyroid and she fixed it with plants. As far as I remember she had to hold certain plants on her the neck and also drink a mixture from some other plants. I will be going to my parents house this weekend and I will ask her for the recipe. The book that she found this recipe in, is written in Russian, but I will see if she can find the translation. I will let you know after this weekend. With Love, Mike On Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 7:07 AM, yogijan <drjandean wrote: > > > Went and had my annual exam this past week. Guest guest
Hi Jan, Danielle had a good recipe for your thyroid. In it, she mentioned to eat kelp, which is high in iodine. Iodine is very useful. I remember years back, my doctor gave me iodine liquid, which you can buy over the counter. First I used 10 drops in a glass of water or juice and continued for a few days. I then added a few drops every day until I used 25 drops for a week or two, until I felt better. Since, I have no problom. This is only a suggestion. Maybe you should google it before you use it. ( Iodine for thyroid). Good luck and I hope you get better. In the wave, Sarkis ---- , " yogijan " <drjandean wrote: > > Went and had my annual exam this past week. Guest guest
Just an update on this. I have pretty much the whole recipe translated except one plant. My mom has to go the store and ask them what this plant is called in English. I will post the recipe once she finds out. Guest guest
Hi Jan, Here is the recipe. Sorry it took so long. According to my mom, it is difficult to do, because there is so many procedures you have to do each day, and you have to be persistanct, but she cured her hypothyroid completely in 30 days. The lady who suggested this recipe to her also cured her hypothyroid completely in 30 days. BTW this is only for hypothyroids, not if your thyroid is working too slow. The gargling process (#1) can be done just with galium verum or malva vulgaris, or both. The most effective way is with both of the plants, but they might be hard to find. In the procedure a cup if roughly 200 grams. 1. Gargling 1 tea spoon of galium verum 1 tea spoon malva vulgaris Mix in one cupt of boiling water, and and let it sit 15 minutes. Filter out the liquid part from the residue of the mixture. Gargle the liquid 3 times a day. 2. Sew a small pouch from cotton. Take the hard residue from the mixture (from above), mix it with one cup of barley flour ( mix the barley flour in the blender down to sand texture), add a little warm water to mix the substrance into the texture similar into mashed potatoes. in othe words, dont make it liquidy. Put this mixture into the the cotton pouch and put it in on the neck where the thyroid is located. Put on top of the pouch some plastic wrap and put BED BUDDY hot & cold pack (Walmart) on top of the plastic. Make sure to put the plastic wrap on top the pouch and not between the neck and the pouch. Wrap the neck with a warm scarf. This is done when you are going to sleep. In other words, you go to sleep with this pouch on your neck. 3. Put a straienr in a pot. Pour a little bit of water in the pot, just enought to cover the bottom. Put in the strainer 1/2 of cup of equisetum arvense. Cover the pot and boil the water so that the equisetum arvense gets soft from the vapors. Afterwards, put the hot equisetum arvense in the cotton pouch, put on the neck where the thyroit is and put the plastic wrap on top and put BED BUDDY hot & cold pack on top of that. wrap the neck in a warm scarf. (same as in the above procedure). Do this for two hours, two times a day. 4. Cut a piece of cotton cloth, soak it in schwedenbitter (google it), squeeze it, so the schwedenbitter does not leak, and heat the cloth in the microwave to be warm. Rub the place on the neck where the pouch was (from the previous example) with calendula officinaus cream. Put this warm cloth soaked in schwedenbitter on the neck. . Cover it with a plastic wrap, put the BED BUDDY hot and cold pack on top, and cover the neck with the scarf. Hold this for 2 hours. 5. Take equal amount of calendula officinaus, acbillean millefollum, urtica dioica and mix it together in a bottle or any container. Take one teaspoon of this mixture (so one third of teaspoon will be one calendula officinaus, one third acbillean millefollum and the last third urtica dioica) and put it in a cup of boiling water and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterwards drink it. You have to drink 1.5 liters per day of this tea from those plants. 6. 30 minutes before eating and 30 minutes after eating, drink one cup of the tea from above (#5) but add a tea spoon of schwedenbitter. These procedures should be done for 30 days. While you are performing this procedure do not eat salty food, sour food, mayo, dont drink coffee. You must also set you mind to believe that this will work. ------- With Love, Mike On Sun, Jan 31, 2010 at 4:20 AM, yogijan <drjandean wrote: > > > Thanks Mike > Love, > jan > > > --- In <%40ya\ hoogroups.com>, > JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > > > Just an update on this.
