I'm in that room with you, Julia! I struggle with surrender and ego issues

every single day. Most commonly, feeling down on myself. I am sure that we all

have our moments of contrast and challenge.

 

Before I got back on this list, I shared some gloomy experiences (tragedies

actually) with a Kundalini lady that I found on the internet, and she wrote back

and said, " Thanks for the positive letter. " And I never heard from her again!

So after that, I guess I didn't feel safe sharing my down episodes anymore. But

I hear you. I am for sure not walking around in a constant state of bliss. I

wish! Maybe one day!

 

I see you as someone with a tremendous amount of compassion. Something

that is learned and earned in the human experience, it seems!

However the practical side of this list, the actual practical demonstration of

surrrender may be slower to follow..??? Again this is probably just me and I

feel that I am way off in a different room to the rest of you at the moment.

Thank you also.  When  I read your words    "  most commonly, feeling down

on myself "  I realised that I have actually been down on myself quite a

bit.  I had not seen that aspect of this apartness at all.

Hey Julia - I only know this is how I feel at times (but this is nothing

new!) If you are feeling that way, you shouldn't. You have cheered me up many

times. I hope that I can return the favor.
