Forehead pressure intense

I laid down and felt my body, especially my feet. After a while the pressure in

my head lessened.

Too much energy in my head? Too much time staring at the computer?

Hi

Firstly, can you tell me what exercises and meditations are you doing?

Is it just intense or painful? If painful then backing off from these i.e doing

less generally eases the pain, decrease until just intensity is there. This

pressure show the third eye as adjusting, as are many other parts of the body,

in time tends to alleviate of its own accord.

If the pain is intense then, you probably need some grounding, walk barefoot on

grass (in the sea is execellent) sit on a big rock or tree stump. Partake of

watermelon and maybe cheese.

Another technique is putting your opened palms, pointing upwards, with the tip

of the thumbs touching the left and right areas to the left and right of the top

chakra and sounding the note E continuously and raising the frequency - normally

for a full breath. This can be repeated without any side effects.

Good luck let me know what transpires

in love and light

Thanks for these tips.

Can you explain what you mean about the top chakra? Do you mean the crown or

third eye? And how do I locate the outer edges of the chakra so I can put my

thumbs on the left & right side? Maybe give me approximate distances?

Thanks.
