Guest guest
Hello Everybody! My name is Mary and I'm new to this group. I have to admit that I have been reading your posts for about a week before I came up with enough nerve to introduce myself. What wonderful people you are! I am very touched by the love, support and openess that is shared here. To tell you a little about myself... I am married to a terrific man and I am blessed with an exceptional 18yr old daughter. She has a rare phsyical disability and although she cannot walk and faces daily pain, she is a shining light to everyone she encounters. I am also an artist. For the past 3 years or so I have been experiencing a Spontaneous Kundalini Awakening. I come from a traditional Catholic background (although I am not a Catholic now). I had practically no knowledge of Eastern philosophies or meditation practices when this had started and I have had a long and sometimes very difficult journey to make it here. I know I still have a way to go, but as I look back I was given just what I needed at the time. And now I am led here to all of you and to Chrism. I am looking forward to experiencing the sharing of our journeys and to hopefully gain wisdom through all of you! Blessings and Love Mary
Guest guest
Welcome Mary: Catholic - yes born and raised - we come from all religious backgrounds and many merge the Kundalini with their belief systems. What I enjoy is the ability of the group members to look beyond their personal way of thinking and accept all paths. Sometimes we are challenged by some yet we come out of the discussions with renewed strength and a knowing that Kundalini is the center of all and we are one with all. I suggest you read the articles chrism has written, the posts on the sites and become familiar with the protocols of the safeties. If you have questions, concerns or thoughts please share them. We have some lively discussions here - some of us are more verbal than others and that is fine. What ever you are comfortable doing or offering. Blessings and welcome to the KAS family e
