Guest guest
That all sounds completely normal to me. Not that it feels " normal " or what " should be " . Today my head feels like a soccer ball, in that it feels like it has been kicked over and over again. I feel discombobulated. There's a nice word, in that parts of my body that should be in one place feel like thy are in another place. Sometimes I feel like banging my head against a wall will knock everything back into its proper place. Or like sticking chopsticks or needles through various parts of my body would help the pressure to ease. Although I wouldn't wish this on anybody, it is somehow comforting to know that I am not alone in experiencing it, because then I am reminded that it does pass. Guest guest
Thanks so much, James. I keep thinking, " I can't eat fruit for years! My blood sugar will be a mess! " But I suppose the K knows better than the " common wisdom. " I get the feeling I am detoxing. I am losing weight. My urine is dark yellow in the AM, even though I'm only taking in fruit. I get weird tastes in my mouth. My bowel movements are multi-colored as well. I just ate 3 cashews, and the fatigue rapidly descends upon my head. :-/ , James Crompton <james_crompton wrote: > > That all sounds completely normal to me. Guest guest
Hi James, are you pratcicing the safeties every day? Doing service for others I have found does relieve the pressure. Also, walking barefoot on the ground. Last time I experience a build up of pressure I went and laid on the grass for a while and sent the energy into the earth, that was after going to a local hospital and releashing energy there for the patient and the staff workers. Chrism told me the energy is wanting to move out in service for others whent he pressure builds. Don't go banging your head against a wall or that other. LOL! Guest guest
Wow! Marshall your K is really being strict on you. I would say with it only allowing fruits, it probably is doing a detox. Just hang in there. I sure your K will let you know when to allow other foods to be added back to your diet. As long as it is shakti doing, you need not have any worries about your blood sugar. Guest guest
I don't know if it's the K, but my brother who is a doctor say my symptoms don't make any sense. The best he can do is IBS, which is a mysterious catch-all digestive diagnosis. I'd like to get some blood tests to see what that turns up, but the universe is not giving me health insurance. But right now, there aren't really many *physical* symptoms. The symptoms seem mostly energetic. If my head gets tired and foggy after eating a few cashews or 1 spear of asparagus, would you say that's an energetic symptom? It doesn't even like all fruits. It doesn't like apples or apple sauce. I just ate an artichoke heart and even before I swallow it, I feel tingling & pulsing on my scalp, right side. Then a pinprick on the surface of my right kidney area. Pressure intensified in my forehead. Last week I was eating artichoke hearts, but now it seems like I can't. :-/ WHY GOD WHY?! WHEN DOES IT END!? , " danceswithcats999 " <crazycats711 wrote: > > Wow! Guest guest
Hi Marshall, I really don't know what to tell you. These foods you are trying to eat are good for you foods. Sometimes, I get head tinglings and such from something I eat, but I didn't see that as a negative symptom. I took it as a sign that shakti liked what I was eating. LOL! I get the tired and foggy feeling after eating a breakfast of eggs so I avoid eating that for breakfast most of the time. That just recently began happening in the last 6 months. I try eating it once in a while to see if it still happens. LOL! I went years having diarrhea and cramping no matter what I ate and fruits and veges caused it to be the worse, so I can understand what you are going through. From what I have read digestive problems are a 3rd chakra blockage or more like an unbalance of that chakra. Maybe google about chakras and read up on what the 3rd chakra governs and see if you can get some balance there. That is about all I know to suggest. In the mean time just eat what gives you the least problems. One thing that help me with the diarrhea was taking Slippery Elm pills, you can get those from a health food store or over the net. Guest guest
I forgot to mention, the thing that I feel helped me the most to get balance and healing was when I began doing the safeties and Tibetans on a daily basis. It was gradual, but I am more back to normal. There are a few things I still cannot eat, such as grapes that I love. They cause my mouth to become sore everytime.
