Guest guest
I am allways finding myself with my left hand making one half of a triangle against my forhead, when i sleep, when i wake up and somtimes i just find myself doing it. Im not sure how long i have been doing this and if i did it before..i think i did. anyway does it have any kind of significance ? left hand fingers stright, thumb sticking out at an angle to make the base of the triangle... i hope you can picture it. My K has come on strong the past 3 days, with me feeling it during the day with some slight pain. blessings to all ! and hi to monica my friend ! mark
Guest guest
Mark, Yes, this is one of the kundalini manifestations, as kriyas--assuming mudras (hand and finger positions) and/or yoga asanas, waking or sleeping. This happens with me as well, sometimes awake with both hands in the " finger lock " mudra (forefinger and thumb making a circle) placed over various chakras. Awakening in tree or eagle asana often... I don't know what this " does " (i intuit to regulate or balance the chakra energy flows? or connect the chakras?) but rest assured Shakti-kundalini is guiding you waking and sleeping! : ) Namasté ~Delia " The infinite library of the universe is in your mind.
