Two sons and I were leaving some building when a huge rock/boulder dropped from

the sky and landed right beside us. It was wrapped in plastic with " Radioactive!

Do Not Touch! " written all over it. I wanted to leave because I was already

imagining us being microwaved just standing beside it. But my eldest son started

to unwrap the rock; he wanted to see and touch it. I told him not to, but he

kept pulling back the plastic wrapping. Then some people saw us; I wanted us to

get out of there and so starting picking up all these bits and pieces of paper

on the ground, most of which had my son's name written on them. I was throwing

it all in the car but the other people blocked our car's exit, so we just

started to run. I wondered why we were bothering, when being exposed to the

radioactive rock wouldn't let us live very long anyway, so being in jail

wouldn't be so bad.

From my favorite dream dictionary: " To see a boulder in your dream symbolizes a

major obstacle and problem in some component of your life. To dream that

something is radioactive represents suppressed emotions that are on the verge of

spilling over into your consciousness and causing a negative influence in your

daily life. These are feelings and issues that you need to address or they will

do more harm in the long run. "

I am not looking forward to the 'fall out' from this dream.

Carolyn,

An alternative interpretation of the radioactive boulder, is a signal of pending

kundalini activity. I read somewhere in the files section that dreams of

nuclear/radioactive themes (as well as things like volcanoes, tornadoes, fire,

lightning, etc.) is a common theme for k-folk. I had a dream last year about a

nuclear explosion and being lifted upwards as the sirens blared, a bit

unsettling until i made my way to this site and getting a grasp on the kundalini

symbolism that acts out in waking and dream life.

That radioactive boulder " in your face " would seem to me to be a tip-off to

prepare for some k-action! Also a fear-test, K can be experienced as an obstacle

if one is resistant/fearful. This dream could be a reminder to be mindful of

the surrender principle, waking and sleeping. i wonder if anyone here has

reminded themselves before sleep to remember they're just dreaming, programming

so to speak, to trigger a lucid dream state so you know you're just dreaming?

then you'd just climb to the top of the boulder and plant a flag on it, LOL!

And perhaps your son in the dream, is an indicator that he may be influenced by

your k, or be k-activated at some time himself...

just a few thoughts for your consideration.

Carolyn,

Now i recall that years ago, i was having a series of nightmares where a tornado

would pick me up and throw me through the plate-glass window of a storefront,

all would go black and i wondered if i was dead. This dream repeated often, then

finally during yet another re-run, as i watched the tornado approaching i

realized that i was dreaming and i could " dissolve " the tornado at will... the

tornado dissipated, but the winds still lifted me up and it transformed into a

lovely flying dream. Afterward, i never had that particular dream again.

I agree with you, Delia. I don't even look up regular dream interpertations any

more. Someone among us should write a kundalini dream interpt book.

Thanks, Delia, I like your interpretation so much better! I knew about fire,

lightning, etc., symbolizing k activity but not the nuclear/radioactive part.

Linda, this is a great idea! I'd be a major user. This dream was just one of

three that I recorded from last night.
