Happy Valentines to All

I wish all a happy Valentines Day and may it be filled with joy and love. May

everyday shine as this day does.

I wrote a poem for my wife and wish to share it will all. It took me all but 5

mins to write (hope it doesn't show), however, I believe it was inspired by

something larger than I....it just flowed like a river.

Enjoy it.

 

A Valentine To My Love

 

A day to remember, a day to be together,

My wish for us to be in love forever.

May it be God's wish that we met when we did,

For the greatest good we shall remain as `One'.

 

The hurdles are great, the mountains rise high,

There's one thing I know, that we are all fine.

With to God's love we praise, in the life that we live,

May it be for these things, that our lives be fulfilled.

 

For the days of yore, I prayed to our Lord,

That the love we have, takes us to tomorrow.

With the will in our hearts, we rise above it all,

For the time that we have, our strength is our will.

 

Let it be known, for the love in our hearts,

Keeps us secure, when all around us departs.

May Peace surround us, and Love fill our desires,

We move forward to the day, when it all arrives.

 

It's words like these that God has sent down,

That fills our minds with the warm touch of his hand.

For this is the end, and soon the day will be gone,

The words of this poem, remain lodged in our bond.
