Guest guest
Hi Danielle: I don't know where the info on spicy foods in regard to the safeties can be found, but I have had experience with cayenne pepper and also tabasco sauce as a way of dealing with the muscle pain of my fibromyalgia in the past. (Chrism told me that he feels that I didn't really have fibromyalgia, that the muscle pain was due to k energy blockage.) My use of both of these was years ago, prior to finding and the group, and I was desperate for a way to relieve the pain, which was like having a bad case of the flu or as if I had had a severe beating; I had a hard time functioning. I don't remember how I discovered that those two substances worked, but they did help, but did not totally relieve the pain. I took them in water, as strong a dose as I could stand until I no longer needed to do so. I think that the sweating that occurs is the body's way of eliminating the toxins in the muscles that results in the pain. That was my experience anyway. I hope this helps to confirm your findings. I would not just lick it straight up; do try drinking it in hot water, it is really quite pleasant. Love Diane
