Guest guest
Dear All: I am trying to locate the information that speaks about it being recommended to stay away from spicey foods in the K-diet. I am curious and full of wonderment, as last night around 9pm, I found myself pouring a small mound of Cayenne Pepper into my left my palm and licking it. (This is certainly not anything I have ever done before). I ate the Cayenne Pepper straight-up, like a horse to salt lick. I sat there licking this from my palm until my eyelids were sweating, and my forehead was damp, and my mouth was on FIRE. I then chugged a bunch of soy milk! It seems contradictory to what I read in the K-files (which now I cannot locate). However, my muscles have been aching so badly and I'm not sure why, but after this firey pepper experience I feel better today, with the exception of my taste buds which are now inflammed. Can anyone tell me the benefits of Cayenne Pepper on the body, and or for what reasons again it is noted to stay away from spicey foods in the K-diet. I thought that with this information I might be able to put my puzzle pieces together and understand better perhaps what my " body " is needing. Thanks & Love to You. ~Danielle
