Kundalini Syndrom

Hi All

I hope everyone had a happy Valentine's Day.

I came to this site after Chrism's suggestion. I have practiced Kundalini Yoga

for years off and on but I have always stopped at some point because the energy

became to much for me to bear.

This is a terrific site because there are a lot of websites that offer to raise

your Kundalini, however, few of them are willing to commit to helping with the

after effects.

I have experienced pinpoint bursts of light

panic attacks

large rushes of electric energy flowing up my legs

seeing a tunnel in third eye followed by flashes of pictures

and a lot more

Recently I noticed a lot of tingling at my taibone and a lot of pain in my left

toe. I also notice that when I do the 5 tibetins I feel a spinning sensation of

tingly energy in my palms. I saw that someone else on this site asked about

that but I don't remember anyone saying what this is.

I really take an interest in the phenonmenon but I realize that I would like

learn to move my Kundalini in a productive manner.

I have a few questions for which I hope to find answers. told me that my

Kundalini is already awakened but I have not experienced it moving from the base

Chakra to the top of my head. I just keep getting symptoms that don't mean

anything to me.

Do you recommend that I get Shatipat?

Also, I am interested in Amrita and the breathless state.

Are these two phenomena to be ignored like everything else or are they worth

persuing for the mind expansion?

I am practicing the safties to the best of my ability and I do the 5 Tibetans

every night now. I just need to clean up my diet.
