Guest guest
Hello! I've had strong social anxiety ever since things started happening two years ago. Few days back I read about looking behind the ego of the people around me, both familiar and strangers. To see trough everything that is between us and see the same presence (witness) look back at me. Of course I was familiar with the concept as are most here I'm sure, but bringing this into practise made a difference. I begun with just looking behind the physical, because anything else would have been too much at the time. Soon I could start to communicate more freely with " strangers " because I would be talking to the presence in them. Instead of fear of being judged for everything i (the ego) am I could feel a connection. How could the loving presence in me judge me? I'm not saying I can do this all the time, or that all my fears have been annihilated. But there has been a surprizing shift of reality, strange and positive " coincidecies " have begun occuring and my energy level has increased. In short, I recommend practising this to everyone with social anxiety. I can't be the only one with a thick head here, right?
