Guest guest
Good morning to all, Since I woke I am re callng a conversation I had with Chrism. It had to do with the safeties. He told me that while the 5 tibetans were an important part of the safeties, the 5 tibetans were not themselves the safeties. He reminded me that far more important were the other aspects of the safeties, which if memory is corrrect he called the emotional safeties. He said that these must be practiced constantly. Forgiveness...Recapitulation....love .....surrender....inner joy...trust...honesty....gratitude...prayer....meditation. As I ws very reminded of our conversation this morning I thought I would share. Love Julia.
Guest guest
Thank you for the reminder- the safeties serve as a outline for good living and one that will propel one into the process with a good platform - they are all good sound loving traits to incorporate into our lives on a daily basis. I reread them all the time as a reminder. Blessings e
