Guest guest
Dear All, I have been having this symptoms lately. I guess kundalini is trying to force her way up. 1. Heavy feeling in throat. Unable to breathe sometimes. 2. Very stiff neck and it automatically tries to move bit up and down. I am not able to control it. 3. I almost laughed like 20 mins or so continuously which seems to have released the pressure a bit but it returns in a while. 4. Also when in close proximity of few people i find the above things happening with more force. Are their vibrations affecting me? What could be causing these symptoms? I am not finding it comfortable at all especially when you work in office and you are not able to control these things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Guest guest
Hi Shrinath, I remember posting to someone that you can ask Kundalini not to give you symptoms in public, such as in your place of work. My understanding is that if you are in the practice of the safeties this request is usually heard. I know of someone who the moment they return from work and go inside their home WOOOOOW the symptoms begin as Kundalini moves in and on the body as agreed. love Julia , Shrinath N <shrinathn wrote: > > Dear All, > > > What could be causing these symptoms? Guest guest
I agree Julia... I work full time in an office setting and things are very different when I come home. Sometimes I do have to ask for K to adjust to my work schedule, but rarely. We seem to have it all worked out now. But I always make time for K... sometimes I can't make it to 4:30 and so I go somewhere quiet for lunch to allow the kriyas expression.
