In Martial Arts practice--

Back when I still would carry anger inside of me--

The scream was my friend.

 

Life has taken me a few steps beyond the scream.

I was 'playing' with it on the group.

 

But Now the scream is only to be used as a warning:

" I can kill--but I'd rather not--so just go away! " .

 

You must have a Wild Cat Scream?

Stephen/Julia and all,

Sorry to bring back up this thread, Stephen, but your scream has been

screaming at me all day and night, so I guess I am being forced to write what is

being precieved by me. LOL!

 

Your AiiiIIiIeeiii!!! went deep within me and connected to the scream that is

within me. I see it as the one desire we all have in common and that is for our

complete wholeness as one to be realized by all. In Kabbalah is is called the

only true prayer.

 

Yours and Julia's conversation personified that for me. I feel even more

connected to you all and send my love to all and to our connection and

wholeness.

LOL! I have used the scream to rid myself of anger as well. I don't think anyone

would like to have me demonstrate it. Hehe...that word " demonstrate " looked

funny written there and I thought I had mispelled it, but no.
