Reincarnation - WOW- this is a huge subject. I would suggest that you read

Journey of Souls or Destiny of Souls by Michael Newton PhD (or any of his

books). Newton has done comprehensive past Life regressions but has focused on

remember what happens between lives and how our next life is determined. He

gives valuable insight into soul development and progression. We are in constant

play with our Soul Families - coming to fill roles and help with lessons.

 

I personally think that reincarnation is a given. It is not recognized in

modern Christian writings but you will find it in the Dead Sea Scrolls and early

Jewish writing.

With regard to reincarnation, I've heard a view expressed that the number of

(self-indulgent?) lives experienced can grow disproportionately high to the

number of " service " -dedicated lives that we've had, and that when these tallies

get out of kilter, a more immediate karma is felt within each successive life

until the balance is restored (or the full circle of life-purpose becomes

complete). I can't comment on this from experience but I do think that the

adoption of the lifestyle changes listed in the Safeties can soften the force of

a kundalini awakening that otherwise might have a fairly seismic karmic
