Guest guest
Is it 6th chakra that control the pineal gland or the seventh? I have read where it says the organ for the 6th chakra is the pituitary gland and some say vice verse and was wondering which was the correct one. It resonates with me what Monica said though. The switching off and on thing begain with me soon after the seminar I attended the spring in 2008. There at the end blew on our 6th chakra and I took it that it was for to activate them or activate them more so. I had a short OBE, right there after his doing that if I remember right. He had us to meditation for a bit afterwards and that is when it happened. The switching off and on thing didn't begin until a couple of weeks later, maybe when the scatterfield was removed. Guest guest
Linda i think 7th is Pineal............and there is a lot of teaching about this issue when it opens. You can go to David Wilcox Divinecosmos.com he has (long) videos there to watch .....so scan thro. Not saying as i know which one exactly or that i am on the same page, with it all but it is very informative, and explains how it can open 7th say with street drugs. Then of course some of the experiences may not be too pleasant. Blessings Richard. crazycats711 Fri, 26 Feb 2010 05:59:09 +0000 Question about the pineal gland?? Guest guest
Pineal gland is the physical concomitant of 6th chakra, pitutary gland of sahastrar or 7th chakra. In medical term it is in Corpora quadrigemina (part of mid brain) where pineal body exsists.Formerly it was called as endo cranial gland.Ref page 130 of Kundalini tantra available in book section of KAS-1 site...........s ________________________________ Igor Alphus <Alphu-s Fri, 26 February, 2010 9:40:39 PM RE: Question about the pineal gland?? Guest guest
Yes Richard, I think I have watched that video and I have a book based on ancient Egyptian wisdom and it states the 7th chakra controls the Pineal. I have read it other places on the net as well. But I have also read it is the other way around, like Shrikant has stated. So I am seeing it depends on the source of the teaching. The Hindu beleive one way and the Egyptains believed the opposite. The same with what direction one should place there head when sleeping. The Hindus teach opposite from the Chinese on that one and on a Feng Shui astrology site it stated that it depended upon your astrology info. Through that info I should be sleeping with my head to the west. LOL! I just wondered which is correct on this stuff. Guest guest
It seems that we can't truly know, so what does it matter anyway? Glands are glands, chakras are chakras. I believe that they can effect each other but IMHO it is not so cut and dry. Each individual chakra affects the chakra system as a whole. If one gland is not working properly then maybe it affects the chakras as a whole.
Guest guest
I am going to look this up... feeling a bit lazy.... I am wondering about the location of the pineal gland... let's imagne for a second that I am a tiny tiny being who could go to the inner space in the body....If I could travel into the head through the crown chakra and if someone else was to travel into the head through the third eye ...would we meet at the pineal gland?? , " danceswithcats999 " <crazycats711 wrote: > > Yes Richard, I think I have watched that video and I have a book based on ancient Egyptian wisdom and it states the 7th chakra controls the Pineal.
