Guest guest
For new members, this is a repost of Chrism's advice on practising the safeties. Re: Safeties are an everyday practice The safeties need to become a part of the daily life. They are a conditioning agent and bring the body into a higher frequency of expression. This frequency is what allows the Kundalini not only to be activated but to be welcomed by the individual consciousness and the body. The locks, the breathing, the Tibetans, the forgiveness, the recapitulations, the gratefulness, the service, and all of the safeties attenuate the frequency for and towards Kundalini expression. It isn't a one time thing. It is an everyday thing for as much time as your unique system requires it to be. Some activate almost immediately. Some take more conditioning. It isn't a race. It is most important to be patient and diligent in your daily practice. It needs to become a fixture of your life. That way when a Shaktipat comes, and one is coming, a person can test the ignition of their Kundalini and determine the quality of their practice. I do not automatically activate a person just for the asking. That would be very irresponsible. They must demonstrate their willingness and determination by the practice of the safeties. As this is done the Kundalini will come anyway as the practice itself is a stand alone activation platform. -
