Guest guest
Good morning shiny ones! Question...well, first statement. The 3rd Tibetan (camel) is to much for my back and neck (ouch!). I'm pretty sure more harm than good, but I want to do something equally as beneficial... What are my options here? I've tried it slower, I've tried it lesser, alas it compresses my neck spine. And also, thank you for you! In lake'ch, (i am another yourself) lynaemarie
Guest guest
for camel (third Tibetan)one can do cobra pose and shalabhasan(Locust) or both in one that is bow pose. It is also better to do shashank bhujangasan which equally better. Do it slowly and have an ettention on your chakras. Dhanyavaad! God bless You all !. Guest guest
lynaemarie: Maybe you are trying to bend too far back - I just bend as far as I am comfortable doing - the first few times I did the 3rd T I felt alot of pull on my thighs then I just leaned back less. You do not have to lean back far - as you do this one you will gradually be able to lean further back but do not strain yourself. I am not as limber as others so I do what I can. The tibetans should not cause pain - e
