Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I am new to this group. I am always interested in learning more about the Kundalini. I have studied various metaphysical ideas since I was a young teen and have been lucky enough to uncover and put together dreams and memories of some past lives. I used to be very disciplined in my approach to meditation and other aspects of spiritual development, but I guess it was too much too fast or something like that because I became very detached from the material world and started losing jobs and causing people to eye me suspiciously for " smiling too much. " Anyway, due to that, I left off of my studies for several years (I have to be able to support my family after all) and now I hope to approach pursuits of spiritual understanding again with better balance. Perhaps sharing with others will help provide that. I have read through some of the comments here and I think this will be a good place for sharing. Guest guest
Welcome Deborah: I just posted a long intro so you might want to read this also. Know you are in the right place at this time. Be open and you will receive. Here you will find a set of protocols that have been given by the Kundalini Shakti to chrism - the safeties. These protocols are powerful activities that can help with the process of an active Kundalini person or they can activate one into the Kundalini journey. The basis of the KAS protocols is the safeties. They are listed here at this site:on the file page near the bottom of the page. http://f1.grp.fs.com/v1/AFI1S8Yi6dOQ8NWdP-OOQsX5wMThwYzyOlEPo7soGgdd7cyDeQF\ \ \ FFu_PVS-3djDHI0LFC7RYhhPL96bJ_MbPqw/the-safeties-ver2.5.pdf Please read them over and over and bring them into your daily life - if you have any questions about the how to of these please ask. Blessings e
Guest guest
Hi Deborah, Welcome to the group. I think that " smiling too much " is a great problem to have! Between the practice of the safeties and the support of this community, I believe you will be able to experience the balance you seek.... Guest guest
welcome great one! women can do it all, and still have time to smile:) i think the past womens lib movement really turned out to be mens liberation... if the smile is original (not caused or emoted) then it REALLY spreads, and protects you at same time. pain is not so bad if delt when you are smiling, eh? Deborah, do continue to reduce negativity through the seeds you sew with such power of your smile. contentment...no longer thirsty...satisfaction...drink deep of the wisdom within (and of course here at KAS!...don't mind me though he-he)...perhaps grounding the smiling energies would spread well also as much as through the ethers...feeling is not thinking...feel great mother earth...relax into gravity and let it sink so as to sip the refreshing mystical earth drink...earth will nourish itself as the body comes from earth, it is earth, and both you and earth are strong indeed! i see you bridging heaven and earth well:) respectful of all your wonderments, tim
