I want to apologise for my " make hay while the sun shimes " remark and the rest

said .... what I wrote says a lot about me and my se@ual energy and was not

really a good response to you.

Hey Julia,

No offense taken. your comment made me smile (its cloudy here today as well).

Thanks for your thoughts on the anxiety. I got some watermelon to start using

because it does feel like the adrenals.
