Guest guest
I get these gags almost everytime I'm emotional. Most of the time they come with grieving, but this evening I was feeling really good - for a change - and because of feeling so good I begun having the gags during meditation. That was a first. The gagging felt horrible when it began but now I'm actually used to it and it's not so bad, but it's very hard to go deep into meditation if it continues. Even when not gagging there is a feeling that something is trying to come up, only it's not food. Few times I have tried to throw up by putting fingers in my throat after getting fed up with the gagging (and out of curiosity but I could not throw up. I am quite certain it's emotional because I don't feel nautious during the gagging, today for example my stomach feels very content. Where does the gagging come from? What can I do about it - or should I do nothing? Would it release some emotional stuff if I managed to throw up? Thank You, Aarni
Guest guest
Hello Aarni, This a common way for me to release old emotions, sometimes it's mine, sometimes it's others. I can feel it leave but there is nothing to " see " . After two years of this I am working on having it leave in a gentle manner with my breath, but it doesn't always work. I pick stuff up easily from others and my body expels it... almost every day. I am constantly working on blocking other peoples stuff from my body. More work in progress. I can also feel the pressure in my head changing and adjusting after releasing, almost like my ears had just popped. A couple years ago I went for x-rays on my broken ankle and they had to do extra x-rays. On the way home I had to have my husband pull over and I brought up the over dose of radiation. It looked like I was getting sick on the side of the highway, but once again, there was nothing to see to the normal eye. Anyways, just let it go, don't fight it. Be thankful you are releasing. And you are not alone in this mode of releasing. Congratulations on your releases. Guest guest
Wow, thanks for posting this! I had the same thing happen to me while I was in India. This is just a validation for me with Kundalini. I tried to make myself throw up as well, and it didn't work. It felt like it was all emotional as well. (long story)I knew my husband kept my journal even though I tried to throw it away. I didn't have any proof that he had it without going through his things, but just the knowing that he was lying to me made me want to vomit! I thought...so did my husband think it was the anti-malaria drug I took, but emotions were so involved it couldn't be it. Thanks for bringing this moment of clarity for me! I hope you can find a way to release this emotion as well, I honestly don't think throwing up is the answer, just my opinion. I never did...it just gradually went away. Many Blessings your way, Laura , " spiralingsnake " <aarni.kimmo wrote: > > I get these gags almost everytime I'm emotional. Guest guest
Aarni- Thank you for bringing this up (a pun) I have never seen anything written nor heard of this and since many are experiencing it it is something that we can perhaps add to the list of symptoms. It does help to know all the possibilities then as we experience them we can be less fearful of what is occurring. It never seizes to amaze me what Shakti will find to do to the many bodies to move things along. Blessings and good clearing e
Guest guest
Hi Aarni: So I am learning, there are many forms of Kriyas. I would recommend surrendering to the movement and sensation and the emotional outlet and expression that most likely will come hand-in-hand with these " contractions " . I would not force this, but rather be one with it.
