Gagging..julia

Danielle, I never thought of gaging as a form of Kyrias... but now that you

have used that word, it really fits.

 

 

 

Dear Aarni,

 

some time back before I came here I also went through a phase of gagging. I am

assuming my gagging is similar to yours here. It was a very unpleasent

experience but one that I became ok with and it passed quickly enough once I

stopped fighting it.

At first I was worried because it was such a strong physical thing.

It had nothing to do with food or stomach. I worried that it had to do with

entities and or bad energy. Eventually as I survived each episode I decided

that if this was the case gagging was probably a good thing to be doing! I

realised that fear was not helpful and I made letting fear go a priority. It

was a bit like vomiting up energy or something becaue the gagging was such an

enormous physical thing and would bring tears to my eyes and sometimes my throat

could get quite sore. It happened often from meditation and I can't say that it

was connected at all to emotions. It was connected to my throat chakra I feel

but other than that I have no clue what it was about. I can tell you though

that it passed and has not re occured.

 

I would be inclined to think that putting your fingers down you throat is moving

away from allowing the gagging to just proceed...

from my own experience I would think that what ever this is about it is a phase

and it will pass. If you can, allow it to happen as it is being given and with

out fear. If you can do not attach to reasons as to why and just surrender to

whatever is being brought up and expelled through the gagging. I think it is

good!

 

It passed for me and it will pass for you.
