Meditation experiences

Hello,

 

I wanted to share a little bit of happenings when I go into meditation once in a

while. Last week I went into my private room in the house that is where I do my

meds. After the Tibetans and alternate nostril breathing, I closed my eyes and

did the usual routine. When I came out, my girlfriend, Linda asked me what that

noise was I was making while in there. I said nothing, could have been

breathing. She said she heard the sound that beads would make if you were

pouring them back and forth between two cups. I heard nothing at all, but she

could hear it coming from the room the whole time.

 

Another time, when I lie in bed to get to sleep, I go into chakra visualization

and it puts me right out. The next morning she said that from out in the yard

(we kinda live in the boonies), she heard distant soft drumming. Repetitive soft

drumming like a single chanting drum hit with a soft mallet, or the kind you

would use for a xylophone. There was no one around to be making this noise.

Again, I heard nothing. It's curious if she could be picking up on my energies

somehow? She is not K active that we know of. She's deathly afraid of it.

 

Last night as she slept, I lie awake there and I could hear in the distance

outside a soft kind of singing going on. One man's voice like you would hear if

you were at a Catholic Monastery or Church. It just kept going on, softly, and

there is no one outside.

 

Kinda got me a little worried

Hi Scott,

 

I understand very little really about the things that I experieince myself not

to mind to comment on the happenings of another...lol!

But what struck me when I read your post was the happenings you speak about are

things that did not happen to you, they happened to your girlfriend...she was

the one who heard sounds from the room and heard the soft drumming from outside.

what does that mean? I have no clue except to comment that it was her ears that

heard the sounds.

 

I am a very practical person so the question arises for me....is it possible

that a man has moved into your area and has drums and sings softly at night?

If this might be possible no need to be worried I would think.

If this is not possible then I would think you are being given very soft and

gentle soundings.

I would encourage you to not be worried or afraid, just accept the sounds as

happening and put no attention of worry or fear on them when they arise. could

be a gentle test.

No need to worry. At least from my opinion only. There could be an imprint on

your land from times past. Or it could be ancient elders coming to visit due to

your opening or ghosts on the land. In either case they sound innocent enough.

They aren't harming anything and usually only happening at times when you are

allowing for the opening. Of course good ole fashioned white light never hurt

anyone. But I would say you are in good hands.

 

Mostly the truth is within you. What do you feel is the truth of these

experiences? Meditate on that and I'd be intrigued to find out what comes to

you.
